My husband and I had a wonderful visit to the Charlevoix Museum. It was full of interesting history of the area. The curator, Trevor D., was very professional and knowledgeable, and met with us to help find information about my husband, Tom's, great grandfather, E. H. Green. He was the first lawyer from Traverse City north to the Straits of Mackinac and resided in Charlevoix. Trevor informed us there is a Green street named after him and the E.H. Green building (1885)still standing on Bridge Street. He had researched our great grandfather and had much information about his life and time in Charlevoix.
Thanks again Trevor for a truly memorable experience, one not forgotten and to be shared with our family and friends back in Texas.
All our Best!
Tom and Mary Green
